Terms & Conditions of Membership
1. Class Enrollment & Cancellations:
Please enroll in a class at least 2 Hours prior to the class start time. If there are no members enrolled in advance, the Coach has the right to cancel the class. Should this happen, the class will be removed from the StreamFit schedule.
If you have enrolled in a class and need to cancel, please do so at least 1 Hour prior to the class start time. There may be a $5 Cancellation Fee if less than 1 Hour notice is given.
Enroll at least 2 Hours prior to Open Gym. There is no cancellation fee, but please cancel at least 1 Hour prior to the start time as a courtesy to the Coach and Staff. Please be punctual and respect Open Gym start and ending times as if it were a class.
If you miss a class during the group Foundations Course you will need to promptly arrange a Personal Training session with your Coach to make up for the missed time. Regular rates for Personal Training may apply. Course completion is required before you may enroll in a regular Membership Plan.
2. Payment of Dues:
The Foundations Course must be paid before your first class, and one month of Membership dues (for the plan of your choice) begins and is due on the day following your last Foundations session. This first full month is considered part of your Foundations Package.
Membership Plan dues must be paid in advance on the 1st of each month. Following the completion of your Foundations Package, your first month’s dues will be pro-rated if it begins mid-month. New members transferring or exempt from the Foundations Package must pay for one full month up front.
Dues are to be paid by monthly automatic electronic payment from your bank account. ACH bank transfer is available. A credit/debit card may be used but will incur a $5 processing fee each month. **
The obligation to pay dues is not dependent on the availability of RRCF facilities. Special engagements, repairs and maintenance, and community or government restrictions may make it necessary for RRCF to restrict use of, or close, its facilities. Fees will not be reduced or suspended during the time when facilities are not available. Should the gym be unavailable, RRCF may provide any or all of the following in lieu of a physical space:
• At-home daily programming
• 1:1 Coach Connection for personalized coaching and guidance
• LIVE virtual classes on Zoom
• Video lessons with fitness and nutrition guidanceAny payments made for plans, classes, courses, seminars or other services are non-refundable.
3. Membership Plans:
Month-to-Month Membership Plans:
Your membership will renew at the same rate on a month-to-month basis until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time with no penalty. However, a 14-day notice prior to your next payment due date is required (see section 4). Membership dues for month-to-month memberships may increase at any time with 14 days notice.
4. Canceling Membership:
Notify RRCF by filling out THIS FORM at least 14 days prior to your next payment due date. Any payment due within 14 days of written notification will still be due in full.
Should you cancel or suspend your membership, without a pre-approved hold, you may rejoin in the future and choose from any posted plans and rates available at that time, which may be different from the plan and rate you previously had.
Memberships may be put on Hold status for one to three months with prior approval. The Hold rate is $20/month and your Plan and rate will continue after the Hold period ends. This Hold option is to offer members the opportunity to continue their current plan and rate, ensure commitment from members and minimize administrative costs incurred when frequently turning plans on and off.
Members may change to a different plan with at least 14 days notice prior to your next payment due date. This will in effect cancel the original plan, and a new plan may be chosen from any posted plans and rates available at that time.
5. Fees & Charges:
You agree to pay the following fees and charges:
Late Fee (7 days past due): $15.00
Declined/Insufficient Funds Charge: $5.00 **
Credit/Debit Card Processing for each monthly plan or punch card: $5.00 **
Early Cancellation Fees: 50% of remaining payments (see section 3)
Class Cancellation Fee: $5 for less than 1 hour notice (see section 1)
Hold Fee: $20/mo for 1-3 months (see section 4)
Reinstatement fee: $25 - Memberships 30 days past due will be cancelled. Reinstatement requires payment of dues owed, reinstatement fee of $25 and payment of first month of a new Membership Plan. The new Membership Plan may be chosen from the current plans and rates available at that time, which may be different from the plan that was cancelled.
Exceed Plan visits: $20/class - You are responsible for checking your attendance in StreamFit. If you do not have an Unlimited membership and were to exceed your allowed visits in a month, then by checking into additional classes you are agreeing to be charged for a Drop-in Visit, which is currently $20/class. If you think a different plan would be a better option for you, please fill out the request form at the top of this page, or email carly@rogueriversc.com.
6. Members Code of Conduct:
Be punctual. Classes start ON TIME, so please allow yourself enough time to check in and settle your personal belongings.
Please do your best to leave no more than 10 minutes after a class end time to avoid disrupting the next class and also allow Coaches sufficient time to perform their closing duties.
Put all equipment in its proper place after use.
Do NOT drop kettlebells.
Wear clean/dry shoes on the gym floor when possible.
Please be respectful to other Members, Coaches, and RRCF Staff. This includes using profanity, making derogatory comments, wearing strong perfumes, etc.
