If you're brand new to CrossFit, simply start with a Foundations Course.
The purpose of the Foundations Course is to ensure that everyone who trains with us learns and develops solid fundamental movements prior to participating in group training.
If you are experienced in CrossFit or its fundamental movements, your Coach may waive the Foundations Course.
This will be determined during your No Sweat Intro. You can then move right to any of our Membership Plans.
If you will be visiting or moving to the Rockford area and are experienced in CrossFit, we'd love for you to join us!
